Congratulations. Guess you treat it much as a wooden in that you clean it regularly and don't use strong chemicals except the poultry ones. It needs to be on a reasonably level base or some people have found a leak. Otherwise enjoy. :D

 

In common with any chicken house you need to face it away from the prevailing wind. Can't think of anything else. :D
