I just received my Eglu by courier only to be told by the driver that there was one box missing, but he has no idea which one or what was in it? I can't say I'm very impressed that I've paid the extra payment for Courier delivery only to be missing something. I've tried phoning Omlet but it just keeps saying all their people are busy on calls. Great :?

Thanks Clare, I finally got through to someone at Omlet who said yes there should be two boxes. She was going to phone the Courier company and get back to me in 'a few minutes', but haven't heard anything yet. I just want to get it all for the weekend as my other half is going to have to rearrange all the garden to put it where we want it to go and be sorted for when we get our ex batts next week :anxious:
