Poo help please!

Our lovely green Eglu, bought less than a year ago, has developed a huge blister as the inner wall bulges inwards restricting the three girls headroom. Has anyone else had the same experience? Will contact Omlet for advice, and send them photos.

You definitely need to contact Omlet asap. That doesn't sound right at all. I've had mine (green also) for nearly two years with no problems.

That doesn't sound right or good. Give omlet a ring or PM QuinOmlet on here.

Are you talking about the roof? My green cube has a dip in the roof which catches water from the sprinkler. Hope it doesn't bulge down any further. I am sure Omlet will replace the panel.

Good luck.

It's always disappointing to hear that one of our products has not been up to our usual standards. I'll be in touch about the your problem shortly, please accept my apologies.

I have contacted the OP by PM and have asked her to send her contact details and I will arrange for the part in question to be replaced.

I posted a query regarding a blister which appeared on the inner wall of my Eglu and have been assured this is a very rare occurrence. Omlet promptly replied with a new lid being sent out straight away. Many thanks to Omlet - our 3 girls Dusty Ella and Sandy love their Eglu- they are ex-batts and Dusty the most challenged regarding feathers survived a very cold winter as a result.
