He is totally unproven as yet - he barely had any time at the end of last season to get stuck in. You're writing him off to soon. And as for Bolton relegated and Villa top 6 and Spuds 4th... They've got nothing now, as soon as Fabregas leaves for Madrid, what is left? Spurs are signing good players constantly and have the right blend now. Villa are on their way to doing like wise. Wenger knows what he is doing & I beleive the youngsters will do good this season . Don't agree that Reading will go down, Steve Coppell is a fantastic manager & all the players believe in him, ok Steve Sidwell went to Chelsea, but Coppell has bought in new players & I really do see them doing well (my OH is a Reading fan & they are my 2nd team).. Now I can not see who else would finish in "Ooops, word censored!"nals place if they do not finish in the top four perhaps my fellow chicken keepers can tell me Wiltord wasn't a complete waste of money - he scored the goal that won us the league at O.T if my memory serve me right and also one in a FA Cup semi final against Wolves that took us to final (though my mind may be playing tricks on me... ) Granted he wasn't great but he was way better then Jeffers - Wengers worst purchase ever. As a girl who has a bit of affection for Brighton (they are the local team round here - i've played footy with Dean Cox's sister) i grant Brighton may have had summat to do with Sidwell getting good but do you really think he will get in the Chelsea team? Oh and Martin would have you believe Spurs or Villa will finish top 4 but ignore him, he doesn't know much about footy!!!
