Having just found an extremely fried frog in my electric fencing I'm now having a panic about the voltage on the fence. I swopped from a Gemini 40 Energiser to a Gemini 120 on 50m of fence as I wasn't getting a very high voltage, its now regularly reading at 5.5v on my tester (think the recent dry weather has improved the rating) and I'm worried I might start frying other wildlife (or the neighbourhood cats :anxious: ) - are there any other electric fence users with a similar setup? Do you know what voltage you're getting on the fence?

Its also very draining on the battery and I'm having to recharge every 10 days despite literature which says the battery should last 3 weeks with that energeriser.

Reassurance please that I'm not going to barbecue all the local living creatures
