Adams Egg Posted July 14, 2010 Share Posted July 14, 2010 What a mouthful & I have to look at a fair amount of legislation. Seems to cover amongst other things disposal of dead animals and animal waste. I didn't see anything too recent but there is an exemption for domestic pets when they die, unless there is a notifiable disease. It may follow then if you are not Defra registered no one will know you exist, it would probably be fine. The other part seems to refer to the banning of food waste from landfill, that may be why it has come up? Hope that may be of some help, hoorah for the EU, where is that Govt website to suggest cuts!
