chickencam Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 If they have plenty of food and water they should grow by the autumn if not you may find that they will sit over the winter and give you an early spring crop. Your biggest enemy will be cabbage white caterpillars, squish any that you find and any patches of yellow eggs or better still cover them for the next 6 weeks or so with netting or enviromesh. i always cover caulis and broccoli because the caterpillars get everywhere.
