jam
Hey, Getting some duck eggs this weekend hopefully If he has the breeds I want. I really like runners, calls and campbells. Would it be ok to mix these breeds, especially the calls seeing as they are much smaller. And also are campbells about the same size as runners or a bit bigger? Thanks
Guest
I would say if they are raised together maybe. I am not an expert. But probably since they will be respectful of each other. I do know though my bali crested runners walk over each other so im not sure about them with calls.
miller30
Hi they will be fine if they are bought up together and campbells are bigger body wise than runners but not in height leanne.
tom123
Depends whether you will be keeping a drake or not? If you have a Runner or Campbell Drake then you wont be able to have Call Ducks as the drakes are bit eager love wise and the Calls are too small for that. If you have just a Call drake then yes you could mix them however the Calls will get run over when they start running. I've got a Call in with 6 Runners (He's really attached to them ) and when they all run in a line he gets trampled on a bit. Also depends on the size of the run
