Can I add two new hens to one I've already had for two weeks. There is a lot of very violent bullying going on and I was thinking of rehoming my two existing chooks and getting my new one two new friends.

 

Will this just lead to more problems? The fighting is really getting me down, despite separating them and squirting them with water!

You will just swap one squabble for another.

Why not divide the run with some garden canes and allow the bullied hen some respite.....and allow them to get used to each other slowly.

I agree with Egluntyne. Patience is required for introductions and some spare accommodation so you can do it gradually. I'd separate them and then let them free range together for a while before sloooowly bringing them together.
