jam
Have just had a quick skim over the hatching guide in the forum and have been left slightly confuzled. It says that you should stop turning bantam eggs at day 15 and they will hatch on day 18. On my last hatch I had a mixture of large fowl and bantams so i stopped turning them all on day 18 and the majority of the eggs hatched on the 20th day. So now I have just bantams, when should I stop turning?....
Jools
I've found that most bantam eggs hatch at day 19, but some to go to 20 or 21. Not much help eh!
craftyhunnypie
I always stop turning mine at day 18, like the normal sized eggs. Have had some pip on day 19. However, some didn't pip until later & some didn't hatch until day 22. Emma.x
