3.6m Omlet Chicken Run for sale, Brand New in Boxes, Milton Keynes (MK19)

Our 3 chicks are nearly fully feathered now, and we're thinking about moving them outdoors into their own coop & run next weekend. They'll have straw, a woolly hat (!) and obv. a feeder and drinker. They occassionally go into the run on sunny days and they're more than happy running around and scratting in there.

 

However, do we need to move them out gradually, or can we just put them in there and that's it? Any advice gratefully recieved

I'd do it gradually, keeping an eye on the weather, and keeping them out of draughts.

How old are they?

 

Do as you're doing - take them outside and bring them back in overnight. Then when they're old enough and its relatively warm, leave them outside overnight and from then on
