Dirty vent feathers

It could just be the white urates part of the poo sticking to the feathers and showung up more obviously if the hens have dark feathers.

 

It could also be a sign of a worm infestation.

 

Might be worth trying Flubenvet instead.

 

You could send off some poo samples to Retford's and then decide, although this is going to cost as much, if not more, than a tub of Flubenvet.
