headlongrush Posted September 19, 2010 Share Posted September 19, 2010 One of my hens has started to fall over and lay on her side from time to time. After a while, she'll get up and seems ok again. This has been happening for about a week. We haven't taken her to the vet as she seemed to recover but we noticed her on her side again today. Anyone have any ideas what it might be? LJ's Chooks Posted September 22, 2010 Share Posted September 22, 2010 sounds like she's sunbathing or dehydrated, I had one in the heat of summer that when she came to me she couldnt use the drinker and got dehydrated. make sure she is drinking....
