squidsin
My husband says he saw a white worm in the chook poo, so I've wormed them with Verm-X (which I do every month anyway) - I'm now deeply paranoid though, as worms just revolt me! I think there were some white things in their poo today (they've had the third dose this morning). Does it take a few hours/days to work and would they shed dead worms? Is it worth investing in something stronger and if so what? I prefer to keep them organic but can't stand the thought of wormy poos in my garden, particularly as I have a toddler. Plum
You know how to open a can of worms on here Jools is expert on vermex, I think she said they expel live and dead ones which shows it's working.
Chucky Mama
I'm a fan of Flubenvet myself - give it once every 3-4 months and Bob's your uncle.
squidsin
Thanks! The white things in the poo definitely weren't moving. Sorry to be gross! I've ordered some Flubenvet anyway...
