When i weighed out 2kg of food to mix in a spoon of flubenvet 2kg seems an awful lot of feed, i don't think mine will eat that much in 7 days, Q.. how much should i give for 1kg of food? Another Q though...can i still let them out to FR, they are only out for about 1.5 hrs in the evening as i don't get home until late. I read somewhere you are supposed to keep them in their run, i think mine would disown me if i did that to them, but i guess i i may have too! I'm all confused now because the breeder I bought my chickens from on saturday gave me a bag of "medicated feed" for worming. He said I needed to give it to them for 7 days. Is this right??? i can't answer that windway, i got the Flubenvet as thats what most people on here suggest. Maybe you can get medicated feed, perhaps someone else on here will tell you. chicken bark Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 Windway - he might have already mixed some up or he could be using Marriages with Flubenvet already in it. If my memory serves me right it is 6g of Flubenvet to 2kg of feed (if you are using the 1%) so you could always make up 1.5kg using 4.5g of wormer.
