Does anyone have any idea how to go about getting a black piggie icon for signatures? I feel that my little Peppa Pig is being misrepresented!

Why not? Does it just show the code and not the picture? Are you sure you copied it correctly? Maybe you left a space where the asterisk was by mistake?

 

Or did it say "Your signature contains XXXX characters. The maximum number of allowed characters is 400." , because if that's the case, theres pretty much nothing you can do, sorry.

Oh thanks phpBB, I typed out a long reply and you didn't post it

 

Anyway, to cut what was a long post short, I did a bit of playing around with my signature, and it looks like they've changed it so that you're not allowed images other than the smilies from the Omlet site.

 

My current siggy breaks 3 rules since they changed the rules It's 75 characters too long, has an image that isn't allowed, and has two links when you're only allowed one. I would take out the extra link, but it would still be too long so it won't let me...

 

Maybe if you ask the mods or whoever's responisible (I think matt-b deals with web design) they might let you use it

Thanks for your very kind efforts - it said it couldn't determine the size of the image and so left it as text in my signature
