As some of you know Mr Webmuppet suffers from depression, he has been on medication for some years ( and hates having to take it), he has been too and fro with the docs and all they do is up the dose.

 

He is now thinking of getting a light box as he gets even gloomier and grumpier this time of year ................do any of you have light boxes? do they work? and which ones do you recommend?

 

I've had a look on the 'net and there seems to be a huge range of makes, models and prices and I don't know where to start.
