Christian Posted October 10, 2010 Share Posted October 10, 2010 It is just the way things happen every so often. The colour is added to the shell in the shell gland I think. Sometimes too much 'ink' is added Just a blip and nothing to worry about. You just wouldn't see that in shop bought eggs as they aren't 'perfect'.
