Luvachicken
Poor Charlotte still has no neck feathers and this has been going on for a while now, so I thought hard about what you'd all said before about neckerchiefs, and decided to make a little one for Charlotte. I thought if I put it on just before she went to bed and took it off as soon as she came out it would be OK - she was OK - but she only had it on for about a minute and spent most of the time walking backwards in the run. It was horrible to see and of course I took it off straight away, so what can I do for her now ? The purple spray has no effect at all so can I put the Ukadex on with cotton wool ? jennydavies
When we needed to use Ukadex, we sprayed it carefully onto a cloth (it was an old sports sock) and wiped it onto Blanche with that and we had no problem doing it like that at all. We didn't get any on our clothes and with your hand in a latex glove and then inside the sock it wasn't too smelly on your skin. Hope this helps because I know how bad Ukadex can be
Luvachicken
Sorry, have been a bit busy with new job, so have only just read replies, but when I get back from work tomorrow I will definitely put the Ukadex on how you've said. Thanks very much jennydavies xx
