So after generating all this upset by sending a letter from his solicitor, he didn't even bother responding to my reply So my solicitor suggested I contact him to ask him so respond (trying to keep in friendly HA HA !) no reply to email, voicemail so I finally text him 'please would you reply to me or my solicitor - we are both adults' I get a message back saying 'my solicitor has written to you' . Er no So my solicitor rang his and surprise surprise a letter is being sent today !

 

As he still owes me money from our savings and won't say when he will pay them, my solitictor is writing to say that it must go into a holding account until everything is sorted

I totally understand what you are going through, It's very draining.

Been there, done that, still makes me cross how much money my ex got out of me even tho it was 10 years ago so every sympathy with you. Keep strong it will be over eventually and life will seem so much better with him out of your hair and you'll feel .

As others have said it all seems very draining. Stay strong, keep positive and look after yourself.
