Cranfield Kate
I would go back to the doctor. see if he/she will refer you to a specialist trainer as you'll need help strengthening yourself, and ask for help with the pain management, not just pills but you might find relief from hot/cold, certain movements. if your gp isn't much help, have a look for a good sports massage person who should know how to treat you and may be able to refer you to a trainer too. don't suffer alone mini chick, get as much help as you can. i'm sorry you've been in such pain - it's incredibly depressing and debilitating isn't it. sari
Mine too..has had it for 13 years now. Hers is wear and tear, caused by Nursing, and she now has bone spurs too, ion cervical and lumbar regions. She has Fibromyalgis also, and the conditions can be linked. Mum manages hers with exercises, and rest ( well, she should, but never sits down). Hope you get sorted, try not to be too worried x x Off topic, when Mum was being seen by the Physio, the Physio diagnosed my Mum with mild Cerebral Palsy, mum has super short hamstrings and a mild one-sided weakness. This made sense as mUm was born very prematurely in the very bad winter of 1947, when my Nan slipped in the Snow.....so it only took until 3 years ago to diagnose
