Mollie333
Hi I hatched a Light Sussex girl from a batch of four eggs in July, now i usually only get two eggs a day from my Warrens, but today i have found 3 eggs. Two of them are from Betty and Rita the Warren hybrids but the other one i'm not so sure. She is a gorgeous big girl now, with a red face and wattles, No signs of crouching, but has been getting slower these past few days. But surely she would start laying in spring rather than in winter, the weather is horrible at the moment too. Most of my Pekins are in lay, but doesn't look like a bantam egg, unless they have took to laying huge eggs! Here she is And the egg (in the middle)
green
Aww, what a cutie. The small but red head furniture looks very much like my Speckledy's, but mine's not laying yet. As Warrens tend to lay big eggs, I would suggest that the pale egg would be Dippy's as it looks almost the same size... Or at least really hope so, so that I can dare hope to get a first from my young lady! Love the name by the way.
Mollie333
Thank you! She is a cutie, but very ''dippy'', she escaped and found herself venturing the garden when she was 2 weeks old.. Hope it is her egg, and that she continues to lay!!

Perfectspace
Our Light Sussex are a similar age and look the same as yours - and at least one of them is laying. And yes - the eggs look identical to your middle one.
