I normally do the traditional turkey christmas day and cold meats & salad boxing day.

But this year for a Change you understand i have got a Goose.

I found a couple of recipies and tips on how to cook it and it is in the oven as i type.

I didn't realise it had so much fat to drain off , i have had to sterilise my marmalade jars to put all the oil in..

It smells fab in my kitchen and i will have a good store of goose fat for the roast pots for months to come.

What are you all having?
