Alis girls
This year I think its a X factor winner. No disrespect to him but as a child and a teenager I used to love seeing what was no1 even if it was crummy and enough to make you sick Human Leagues dont you want me 1981 reminds me of nights at Christmas which was fun with another girl called Marie (pretty blond with huge 80's perm) Boheiam rhapsody - reminds me of being in church choir and gazing in awe at the stained glass windows against the dark sky. I am now getting maudlin. On another note did anyone else blub when Rita in Corrie sang Winters Tale (not a no1) on Christmas Day - I did and YS was not impressed as I snuffled my way through his tissues. Enough before I depress us all - too much food, alcohol and not enough exercise.
craftyhunnypie
I get totally fed up with X factor hogging the no 1 slot each year. Why can't we have a charity Xmas song - where all artists get together. Nothing quite like Band Aid. No one brings out any true Xmas songs any more. Nothing about Santa, Snow etc. Emma.x
