crazy kc Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 I have just rehomed a pair of 3 year old unwanted turkeys , does anyone have any experience, advice tips or could direct me to a useful web page. I have converted a 8x4 shed for them and fenced a large area off for them away from the chickens. I have searched the internet for info but most sites just talk about raising poults(maybe I haven't been looking in the right place ). So any advice etc would be really helpful. Lewis Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 They need a higher protein % when being raised but will be ok on layers and corn as adults They might try and perch in trees at night but an 8x4 shed sounds ideal!
