Alis girls Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 Before Christmas I used our last stored apples to make apple sauce to go with the Christmas Day joint. Just in case there was a prob I had purchased 2 jars. My father bounded thro the door on Christmas Eve with some wine and 3 jars of apple sauce "because we are having pork" - then Christmas Day mad aunt and uncle appear - a bottle of red is thrust at me with yes 2 jars of apple sauce "because we are having pork" They will go far my family So my cupboards are heaving with the stuff - chops tonight and ES a big lover of AS finished off a jar - think I have 5 jars left.
