sadietoo
a friend at work ordered a hamper as a thankyou present from BradfordsBakers. It was promised for next day delivery, on 24th January and it has still not arrived. Nor can she get any satisfaction from phone calls or emails to the company. She has confirmed with her credit card company that the money for the hamper has been taken...and so she has asked them to put this into dispute..... Subsequently she has discovered a load of negative reviews about this company, and it seems many others are in the same boat as her. Her advice is Don't order from this company ...... just thought I'd pass it on.

ubereglu
If she doesn't receive it within 30 days then the contract she had by buying the product has ended and she can claim the money back. Maybe the BBC Moneybox website can help as this came up, (with a different company) just after Christmas.
