Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Just wondered what people think about chicken toys? When it's 'orrid and rainy I do get a bit worried that boredom might set in. What do people recommend? I've seen some pics on here of runs that have all manner of branches balanced on plant pots etc which look fun.

Perches, branches, sweetcorn swingball, hanging greens, CDs, mirrors are all ideas you could try .

My chickens love it when I hang up half a fresh coconut. They dance round it and peck away as if they are doing some sort of tribal ritual

Same here, it's been a horrible we day so gave them a pomegranate cut in half. Well, at first you would have thought I'd put an alien in their run but once one started they really enjoyed it and were still pecking it around a couple of hours later.

I tried a wine rack for perches but have ordered a shoe rack from eBay as I think Plim has one in her run for perches.
