After more chattering than usual and a good few hours in the house my last baby Pebbles has become a proper hen and laid her first egg. It's a beautiful terracotta colour at 46g (slightly long shape). It really is the colour the books say it should be. I'm so proud.

 

It made today my first 3 egg day.

Erm, I got her in mid September and she was about 11 weeksish then.

I think getting the boys rehomed helped to speed the process up, they were rather disruptive.
