EggStream Posted February 17, 2011 Share Posted February 17, 2011 We've been proud owners of 3 chickens for about a week. We live in Spain and had an Eglu Go shipped out here. I noticed on the first day that one chicken was having of bit of a peck at the other two in the area just above the tail feathers. Couldn't see why and put it down to the fact she was a bit of Chicken Bully. Now noticed the two are both bald in the area and a little bit bloddy and now attracting even more attention. I don't know whether the pecking started because of one is a bit of a bully or whether there was some underlying skin condition that attracted the attention. Any ideas ? a) what the problem is if not bullying b) what to do if it is bullying and c) how best to treat the skin and open wounds.
