2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

We've been proud owners of 3 chickens for about a week. We live in Spain and had an Eglu Go shipped out here. I noticed on the first day that one chicken was having of bit of a peck at the other two in the area just above the tail feathers. Couldn't see why and put it down to the fact she was a bit of Chicken Bully. Now noticed the two are both bald in the area and a little bit bloddy and now attracting even more attention. I don't know whether the pecking started because of one is a bit of a bully or whether there was some underlying skin condition that attracted the attention. Any ideas ? a) what the problem is if not bullying b) what to do if it is bullying and c) how best to treat the skin and open wounds.

i would put purple spray on the wounds, to prevent the 'Bully Hen' pecking them. you could also try putting up some distractions

yeah i had the same probelm mine pip had a open wound so i used purple spray and had to put a jacket on her to cover her up after the wound healed up i put ukadex on for abit to put a stop to the pecking

If you cant get purple spray in Spain then blue food colouring will cover the blood
