ive just been going through my photos and thought i would share this cross stitsch i made for my friend as a gift - i loved making it! i am currently stitching an african grey for my mums 60th

That's beautiful must have taken ages. Better do yourself one now. Someone posted a site on here that had chicken patterns for lots of breeds.

I bought this kit last year and not had the ooomph to start it yet

 

again this is for the same friend. she has chickens and a canal boat and has everything. I know she loves cross stitch but as she has a trigger thumb she cant do it

i started this cross stitch in january but in february i got my chickens so my spare time was taken up elsewhere

ive decided as the nights have drawn in i should really get my needle back out and finish it....

This is an african grey - a present for my mum...

This is the most boring pattern i have ever done LOL lots of different shades of grey...
