4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Please can anyone tell me what causes this, this is the second egg in 2 days where this has happened, a small hole in the top of the egg, definitely no sign of pecking and you can see a build up of shell around the hole. Hens are fit and healthy and about two and a half years old.

Ok, I have had this before.

What I discovered it was is this.

I sometimes get eggs with little "Ooops, word censored!"bles on them,like grains of sand, & if those "Ooops, word censored!"bles get knocked or picked off,it leaves a hole.

The hole is small & doesn't penetrate into the egg sac,so I just put those eggs on the rota to use up first
