I have just put 4 choc orp bantams egg and 2 milefleur pekin eggs under Faye who has been broody for over a week now. Its quiet exciting.

I would love one of mine to go broody and got fed up of waiting so got an incubator instead. 3 days to go...

I am hatching for the first time too, but used an incubator as none of my usually reliable girls were broody. So far, 6 beautiful Frizzle chicks have hatched and there are 3 eggs still in the incy. It is very exciting!

Fay is well and truly broody now, she's attacking my hand every time I go near her. I hope she gets a couple of chicks at least as I think she'll be a brillaint mum.
