We want to let hens go in the borders but not patio or lawn and not sure if 12m would be too big. sorry didnt know where to put this! However, if you want to move it around (or think you might in the future) then just roll the excess up tightly at one end and tie it. I've got the original netting, and I just found it too unwieldy to work with as a whole length, so I cut it into three long pieces. Just don't cut it too short!
