Duncan08
Dont have a comprehensive answer specific to Chickens, (only a beginner), Dried blood isn't a problem particularly. Its part of the scab formation that helps healing and keeps the injury clean. Purple Spray (Gentian Violet) if you have some will also help with infection. Keep an eye on the other girls, apparently they like the taste of blood and may peck at your poorly hen, if you notice any interest from the others keep her separate until the scab forms properly. I am sure others will have some more informed replies.
Poached Egg
Do you have some Purple spray, this should stop any pecking of the wound area and also help protect the wound. Apart from that do you need to do anything with the wire mesh so it doesn't happen again?
Chucky Mama
I agree re the purple spray if you have any. Other than that I would leave it well alone as if the blood has nicely clotted, bathing it etc will only disturb the clot and get things bleeding again. Keep a daily check on it though just to make sure it looks clean and doesn't get swollen or infected looking.
The Dogmother
Cut combs always bleed more than they need to, don't they? Bathe it and assess the damage. A little pressure will usually stop the bleeding, as will a puff of Vet Wound Powder, which contains a blood staunching ingredient. Spray her with purple spray to disguise the colour of the blood and pop her back in with the others if it has stopped bleeding.
fluffy chick
I agree with previous comment, I would keep an eye on it but if it's scabbed over I would leave it. Don't try and take the dried blood off as it may be you'll disturb it if you remove it, the chook won't mind it, it's only us humans that worry about what things look like
