Hi

On Wed I ordered a new run door which I 'desperately' needed (don't ask!) - paid for 1st class delivery.

Today got order but they'd sent run clips instead of door !! (I assume code numbers are similar but as there was no delivery slip (??) I don't know)

 

On http://www.omlet.co.uk/misc/customer_services_contact.php it says

Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd April

The Omlet shop is open this Friday and Saturday so if you need some last minute ...

 

which was a surprise but good news (I thought) but they don't seem to be open - anyone know ??

I went to the shop at Barn Farm Plants yesterday and they were open. Not sure about today? Did you get the right number? There are abour 4 or 5 different numbers we found..

It is the shop at Barn Farm Plants Garden Centre that appears to be open, and not the Omlet office and online shop.
