beach chick
it must be the weather! in flower I currently have: daffodils. bluebells. tulips. clematis montana. roses. alliums. daphne. cow parsley. centaurea. honesty. pyracantha. weigela. spiraea. geraniums - to name just the ones I can see out of the back window. not all these things are meant to be out together, are they? what on earth will be left in a few weeks' time?! not sure whether to think it's wonderful, or to panic about flower-drought ahead! Daphne
Yes - the roses are early aren't they; I picked my first bunch at Easter I'm planting flowering seeds this year and as they've gone in a bit late I hope they come up in August to go with my dahlias and things like Michaelmas daisies. Patricia W
I've just had the same conversation with my OH - I'm guessing we'll have a gap somewhere!
