Rushed to the garden bit to say hello to Omlet, and....Not there But did meet the Cock a Doodle people OMG, what they werent saying about the Eglu... "You dont want one of those Red mite lives in the plastic" "The heat in the summer can kill the Chicken, far too hot in one of those" Did explain that I was an Omlet Lady, told him a few home truths, put him right on a few things Husband dragged me away, and wouldnt let me go back later Must admit quite pretty but so impractical and made of very flimsy material. Well said - there is some real anti omlet feeling about - which I don't understand - its a shame they feel they have to be so negative to big up their product. Well said - there is some real anti omlet feeling about - which I don't understand - its a shame they feel they have to be so negative to big up their product. yes, it's really bad form to be nasty about someone else's product. what they should have said was something along the lines of "oh yes, I know Omlet is really popular, now let me tell you about our product features..." thus leaving you with the impression that they had benefits to shout about rather than just attacking the competition!! Pretty bad form to be so negative about omlet but i guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating!
