poachedegg
Woke up like a bolt this morning, when I realised I had forgotten to check the water in the little trough after day 3, we are now coming into day 8 (this afternoon) - have I ruined the hatch? Egluntyne
I shouldn't think so. Many people hatch 'dry' and only add water for the last few days.
poachedegg
Phew! Thank you for the reassurance, have now written on the white board in the kitchen when to do it.
mnwickens
I'm far from being an expert, but in my recent experience I let the humidity get a little low, and far too low on one occasion, and still had good hatch rates. From what I have read and seen I'm sure it'll be okay.
craftyhunnypie
Will be ok. Only time to worry is around day 18 ready for hatch day. Emma.x
