Chicken boarders

Well my and 3m run arrived last week just before we left for our hols. Had a few 'problems' as 3 pieces arrived damaged.....got straight on the phone to Omlet and they had replacement pieces sent out to me.....replacements arrived the next day but, again, 2 were damaged

By this point I was getting rather despondent! Got back on the phone to Omlet, who were fab and got replacements to me again within 24 hrs....they were so well packaged this time and were completely intact! Hooray!! Not an ideal start, but Omlet couldn't have been more helpful

Anyway.....we are now back from hols, so hubby has been given the new task of building it all tomorrow....what a good man!

Ooo sounds like you've had a bit of bad luck, but atleast it is all together now just waiting to be built What bits were broken?

Both green side pieces and green roof piece!!

But as you say at least it's all ready and waiting now! Although I was really disappointed, I cannot fault Omlet's customer services.
