Feeder doors keep closing when I walk away

My son has been told that he has to go in (6th Form) as have the year 7s but all of his teachers are on strike bar 1 so there wont be anyone there to teach him

how ridiculous! I do wish they'd planned their strike for Friday, then we could have all had a long w/e!

Me too. The other 2 have been told not to go in We also have an extra at home as DD's boyfriend's parents are working and are stuck for childcare.

I wonder what would happen if he said "no" on the grounds of staying at home to maximise his study time. 'Twould hardly be difficult for him to provide a note from you as corroboration.

Rosie is at home... doing Latin... she had asked her tutors what she'd be missing out on today and is trying to cover it at home. She also has a nice list of chores

mine are currently loafing around however they have walked the dog, cleaned out the poorly rabbit and been on the trampoline, so I reckon some downtime is allowed. bedroom tidying later, that'll fix 'em!
