What a dilema

I am afraid i would have to tell little white lie such as whilst visiting friends childs ball went in garden...no one home so had a hitch up over wall to retrieve, saw the scene and felt more than obliged to report.

It would niggle at me forever if i didn't do something, whilst protecting friend/ neighbour of the person who owned the animals, i couldn't keep quiet and i'm sure a chat with the rspca would set your mind at rest as they don't have to give any information as to the informants identity.

I'm disturbed by it now as i hate to hear of this sort of neglect, as where there is neglect their are animals suffering in silence, and neglect leads to disease and illness.....sorry you need to talk to someone.
