Omlet cube and run

I have 2 Eglu Classics and we are getting quite a large run but I would like a table to raise the Eglus off the ground so that my hens have the full use of the run. Any suggestions? I'm not brilliant at DIY and just wondered if anyone knew anyone who made them. Thanks

I bought mine with my WIR from Aviaries4U, so I know they do them. How about looking in junk shops/Freecycle for an old table - you could cut the legs down to make it the right height? I believe Aint "Ooops, word censored!"ody Here used an old plastic table for hers - Ikea might be worth a look.

I actually used an old table from the school I work in . I removed the top and put an old pallet on for the eglu to sit on and have the table top sticking out with the weight of the eglu holding it in place. Don't know if that makes any sense at all!

I was thinking the same thing, did a search on IKEA website and the childrens tables might be OK but not sure about their weight limit

I have mine on a rabbit run with a solid top, the rabbit run can also be closed off for intros when needed but it give an upstairs/downstairs mezzanine level when not
