sadietoo
Today, we put our cube together in readiness for new girls and moved the eglu onto a bit of garden we wanted rotovated!!! ...Pansy wasn't sure where she wanted to go to bed though...she liked the cube, because it was on the same piece of land as the eglu had been, but then she liked the eglu because that is where she has always slept...... In the end, she chose the Eglu...and is safely tucked up for the night.... I do feel so sorry for her on her own at the moment though....but as ever there is a silver lining to this particular cloud....having her just by herself means we have been able to spend some quality time together....and I have discovered that it is possible to feed her single mealworms by hand, and she doesn't nip your fingers at all.. she loves loves loves tomato, and apple (always stolen by Kipper before she could get to them)... and she comes into the kitchen for a chat too...she never really did that when Kipper was about...I may have to rename her Blossom I'm going to try and get some more girls tomorrow....because by the time we've done quarantine (an eye opening post by Mercedes55) and got the introductions out of the way, Pansy will have been on her own for quite long enough
Plum
Sounds like Pansy may be top chook when they come. You'll miss it when she gives her attention to the others.
daxigirl
That's just adorable that she's letting her personality come out.
