Luvachicken
Having looked at those nice heavy duty covers for some time, I can't decide whether to buy 2 green ones or a green and a clear one. I was hoping Omlet were going to produce matching coloured ones but they said they are not. And I also suggested that they could make them coloured on top and clear down the side - a good idea I thought .... What has any one else bought ? Has anyone got anything better ? Happy Mrs Chicken
At the moment i have got a green full length shade(bought before the heavy duty ones came out) for my .I think i am going to get one of the clear shades for the winter so they will get more light and a bit of warmth from the winter sun. daxigirl
I use the clear glass tarpaulins you can buy on the internet as I can't stretch to the Omlet ones.
Happy Mrs Chicken
I've decided not to get an omlet clear shade as it only covers a 2m run and mines a 3m run.I have just bought a clear glass tarp from Tarpaflex which will cover the length of the run and the sides, and i'm going to peg it to the ground. What changed my mind was reading Henergy's post about her waterlogged run. Well I've now adapted my omlet one & pegged it out further but I will definately be getting a Tarpflex one because the Omlet one doesn't even cover the entire length of the 2m run ! I've used the bungees to attach it to the edge of the 'fox proof' bit.
