pips_pekins
I have 4 bantams and have been getting a tiny egg every day since the beginning of the month. The egg appears around mid-afternoon and I have no idea which of them is the layer. On Tuesday there was no egg but luckily on Wednesday afternoon there was and it was a bit bigger. I wasn't too hopeful yesterday so imagine how eggcited I was to fine one tiny egg and one slightly bigger egg I can't believe I have two layers. The eggs are not much bigger than quail eggs but are very yummy and look so sweet on small slices of toast!
