abwsco
Can anyone recommend a cheapish but good one please. We haven't got a forest of wood to do
Ms Marple
Hi Anne, we have this one http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?q=stihl+sawhorse&hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=9a2&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&prmd=imvns&resnum=1&biw=1680&bih=871&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=2199667393919660647&sa=X&ei=BFqCTrzCKI3HtAahlfGHDg&ved=0CFgQ8gIwAQ. It has proved to be good value already. Once you have a woodburner, you automatically 'evolve' into a wood wombler I have frequently managed to snaffle trees when I see the men in action. I ask and they answer I get is that I can take what's left once they have finished. They always leave some!! We do live next to a canal and a park though. My OH often moans but then later tell sme I was right to collect. MEN!!!
The Dogmother
I just use a Workmate but then most of my wood is square having been scrounged from skips and building projects.
Olly
I mostly use a Workmate for timber, as Dogmother says; I've got a lovely sawhorse for logs, but it was made for me by my brother!
