vmccreath
Hi, I've noticed that my chicken's comb has some black/grey marks on her comb, one looks like a blister. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be and how to .deal with it? I have pictures but can't work out how to attach them. Thanks
Sue
Try googling "Fowl Pox" and see if it looks like it. Bear in mind they always show cases at the very most extreme end
Egluntyne
Could just be minor injuries from squabbles.
MedusA
Could just be minor injuries from squabbles. My thoughts too. I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets worse.

Leeloo
My guess is fowl pox (a.k.a. avian pox). My Australorp has it now, too. It is a common virus that is often spread by mosquitoes. It's generally not a serious condition and there's no treatment. It just has to run its course which takes a few weeks.
