Unsecure chicken perches

This afternoon drove from Totton to just outside Dorchester to Flights of Fancy to pick up wood chip (1 1/4 hours each way). Having struggled to find it locally decided a trip was better than paying the hefty delivery fee - except ended up buying all sorts including some lovely new feeders and drinkers. So I must say a a big thank you to lovely hubby for doing most of the driving and having an afternoon off to feed my hobby.

i drove an 80 mike round trip on saturday for woodchip and the place was closed

 

said close at 17.30 on website and didnt mention the 14.00 close on saturday

Oh no, how frustrating, hope you managed to get some. The things we do for our girls!

I've managed to get hard woodchip in B&Q before but they don't always stock it.

Tried every b and q and spoke to customer services who said it has been discontinued which is a real nuisance.

Wickes do it, we bought some at the weekend.

chippings or bark? i was at wickes the other weekend and they had bark no chippings
