Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

Today I bought a reduced fresh Turkey in Waitrose. Reduced by about £10!! I have popped it in the freezer ready for Christmas, BUT........ I have never frozen anything so big before and I am wondering if it will be OK??? (It did say 'suitable for freezing' on the label).

 

Any tips or advice greatly appreciated!!

I was going to say that if it is freezing, then put a jumper on it

It'll be fine.... Just make sure that it is thoroughly defrosted with no ice crystals before you cook it

I think the recommended advice is to defrost it over 48 hours in the fridge - someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

 

Otherwise it should be fine!
